Easy Peasy Tuna Casserole

Easy Peasy Tuna Casserole With Rice and Peas.

tunacasseroleWe loved this tuna casserole recipe over the weekend! It was so easy and gone in less than two days! We eat a lot of fish and usually not in a casserole, but this was so easy and yummy that it’s become a new favorite on the weekly menu.


What you’ll need:

  • 8oz of Albacore tuna
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk (we used almond milk)
  • 2 cups of rice (cooked as directed)
  • 1 cup of organic peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • breadcrumbs (we used panko bread crumps)

Directions: Cook rice as directed. While preparing the rice, mix cream of mushroom soup, almond milk, pepper, and soy sauce in a 9×13 casserole dish. Add  rice and peas once done and mix well. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and cook an additional 5 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden brown.
