Berry Yummy Yogurt Healthy Recipe for Kids

A:  have no idea it’s healthy
B:  absolutely love it

You should try it too, Moms and Dads!  We think you all will enjoy it as well :)

Berry Yummy Yogurt with Granola:

  • Spoonful of Stoneyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Handful of frozen wild blueberries, thawed
  • Handful of organic berries (your choice)
  • 1 T Bob’s Red Mill flax seed
  • 1 T pumpkin seeds
  • 1 T chopped walnuts
  • 1 T olive oil (for healthy fats)
  • ¼ cup Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Grain Cereal
  • Dash of organic cinnamon

Mix and enjoy!
