Clean Eating for Toddlers Series
We, here at The Mommies are happy to announce our Clean Eating for Toddlers Series. Over the next few weeks, we will post on how to shop for the healthiest foods, what to stock your pantry with, and delicious, healthy recipes. Your toddler will love the yummy meals he’s getting, and he won’t even realize that it’s “health food“!
The Mommies believe that good parenting includes keeping our children healthy in every way possible, including nutritious food. We have done hours upon hours of research to make sure we are putting the most healthy forms of food on the market into our babies’ bellies. We buy organic when possible (and when needed) and research what to look for on food labels.
We have gained a wealth of knowledge regarding feeding toddlers and would like to share that information with you.
Please note: Consult with your doctor and gain his/her approval about giving your child any food that could likely cause an allergy if you have not yet given it to your child. While all of our foods we suggest are very healthy, some could pose potential allergy risks, so please make the right decision when giving these to your toddler.
